Common questions

Do I need any art experience?

No. Every workshop is designed for beginners. The focus is on the process of making, not on the finished piece.

Are these workshops therapy?

No. These are wellness workshops led by Create Balance art therapists, not therapy sessions. If you're looking for one-on-one support, you can schedule a free consultation with our team.

Can I drop in for a single session?

What should I bring?

Just yourself. All materials are provided. Wear clothes that can get a little messy.

How big are the groups?

Groups are small, with a maximum of 10 participants, so everyone gets attention and space to create.
